The H23 townhouse has a documented history spanning more than 300 years, beginning with its ownership by the nobleman Joachim Erber. The house remained in the family estate for more than half a century before passing through the hands of several owners from different parts of Slovakia. Over the years, it was shaped by people of many professions: master butchers, merchants, craftsmen, tanners, and above all mayors and citizens actively involved in public life. Houses 102 and 103, as the H23 complex was once known, brought together skilled and enterprising people until the passage of time eventually took its toll on the building.

In 2019, we purchased the house with the vision of restoring its former beauty and purpose. We embarked on an extensive renovation under the careful supervision of experts, and three years later we were proud to present the building once again to the people of Pezinok, visitors, and friends of truly memorable experiences.
